These Terms govern your use of Mizpa X Wallet. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
Transactions may be subject to review, limits, verification, availability and applicable rates or fees shown before completion. A submitted request is not final until its status is confirmed in the app.
You may submit only gift cards that you lawfully own or are authorised to trade. Rates may vary by card, denomination, region, condition and market conditions.
You are responsible for entering correct payout details. Processing times may vary and additional verification may be required.
You must not use Mizpa X Wallet for fraud, stolen property, unauthorised transactions, money laundering, sanctions evasion, account abuse, system interference or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend an account where there is a security risk, suspected fraud, a legal requirement or a serious breach of these Terms. You may request account deletion subject to retention of records we are legally required to keep.
